Juiz appears in front of him and reveals two harsh truths: Arc can only loop the world one more time, and if they fail now, there will be no second chance.
She asks Billy to stand with Union and bet everything on Fuuko’s “Unluck”. Billy refuses, insisting that their paths cannot align. What follows is an intense clash of convictions and abilities, where Juiz’s sword and strategies collide with Billy’s stolen Negator powers and precise gunfire. UMAs swarm into the battle, twisting the rules of the world and turning the snowstorm into a living minefield.
Elsewhere, Andy and Fuuko, having captured Autumn’s core, are flying toward their next mission. Because Juiz has entrusted Apocalypse to Andy, Billy sends assassins into the sky, dragging the main duo into the chaos of the Winter battlefield at the worst possible timing.
New Faces Terror and Balance Join the Fight
Part of the excitement around this TV special is the arrival of key newcomers. Billy’s ally Terror (also known as Tella), voiced by Kensho Ono, finally steps fully into the spotlight. His Negator ability interferes with communication itself, making him a terrifying presence in a battle where coordination can mean life or death.
The special also introduces an original UMA called Balance, created specially for this arc by the author. Voiced by Takehito Koyasu, Balance embodies the world’s equilibrium, and its appearance raises the stakes of the Winter battlefield far beyond a simple duel between Union and Under.
