Where Part 5 picks up: winter, loss, and a new “normal”
Part 5 starts with a heavy mood in Ehrenfest after Ferdinand’s departure, while political cleanup pressures rise with reports tied to Georgine. Meanwhile, Rozemyne—now a third-year at the Royal Academy—throws herself into nonstop tasks to outrun that emptiness. Expect dorm negotiations, the first day of archduke candidate lectures, scholar-course tests, a new senior librarian encounter, and specialized-course decisions… basically: the same book-gremlin energy, but in a world that’s shifted under her feet.
