From the chapel to the concert lights, Mari (Idol) from Blue Archive is stepping onto collectors’ shelves. Good Smile Company has opened preorders for a new figure of Mari, the Trinity General School Sisterhood student who becomes the leader of the idol unit Antique Seraphim. Sculpted in her monochrome stage dress with flowing twintails and shining ribbons, the figure captures the moment she sings “for Sensei” under the spotlight, making it a detailed snapshot of her idol persona in 3D form.

Stage idol Mari steps out of Blue Archive and onto your display

In Blue Archive—a school-city RPG where you guide students as “Sensei” in Kivotos—Mari is usually known as a gentle Sisterhood student from Trinity General School, more comfortable praying for others than standing in the spotlight. This new figure turns that dynamic on its head by bringing out her limited Mari (Idol) version, first seen in an in-game event where she joins the idol unit Antique Seraphim to bring smiles to the city. On the figure’s base she is posed mid-performance, hand outstretched as if reaching toward Sensei in the crowd.

Antique Seraphim leader Mari shines in a monochrome idol dress

The sculpt leans into the contrast between Mari’s modest roots and her idol turn. Her long twintails flare outward as if she has just spun on stage, each strand carefully separated to keep a sense of motion. Ribbons, frills and small accessories catch the light at multiple angles, giving the impression of a stage outfit designed to sparkle under spotlights. The dress itself sticks to a black-and-white palette, but the paintwork splits it into glossy and matte sections so it feels both elegant and showy rather than flat. Metallic touches on the belt and ornamentation add a refined accent without breaking Mari’s “church girl” image.

From Sisterhood nun to would-be idol for Sensei

In the game’s story, Mari’s idol persona is less about chasing fame and more about expressing her wish to support others—especially Sensei. Her line about wanting to become “Sensei’s idol” if singing for someone makes you an idol sums up her character arc. Antique Seraphim itself is styled as a slightly classical, “angelic” idol unit, matching Mari’s background in the Sisterhood while giving her a safe space to step outside her comfort zone. For players who met her first as a soft-spoken support character, seeing her literally center stage—and now immortalized as a figure—feels like a reward for following her growth.
