The upcoming TV anime Maid Just Eats has released its first teaser PV, giving fans a heartwarming glimpse of the show’s “delicious” charm. Alongside the video, new visuals and cast details were revealed, featuring Chiaki Suno as Ricotta Fresca and Maki Kawase as Nana Komatsu—complete with comment messages from both voice actors.
A mouthwatering teaser
The teaser PV for Maid Just Eats captures the cozy charm of its food-filled world, featuring protagonist Suzume as she indulges in everyday Japanese meals with pure delight. The anime, based on Shin Maeya’s manga serialized in Comic DAYS (Kodansha), will begin airing in 2026.
New cast and visuals
- Ricotta Fresca (CV: Chiaki Suno) — a maid who travels from abroad to visit Suzume and affectionately calls her grandmother “Head Maid.”
- Nana Komatsu (CV: Maki Kawase) — Suzume’s next-door neighbor, a hardworking office lady who finds daily comfort in Suzume’s cheerful presence.
Both voice actors shared their enthusiasm for the warm, food-centric storytelling, describing the series as “healing,” “bright,” and “full of gentle happiness.”
Teaser PV & giveaway campaign
To celebrate the teaser’s release, a follow & repost campaign is running on the anime’s official X account (@lovetoeat_maid). Five lucky fans will receive a set of six nationwide rice gift certificates, fittingly themed around the show’s “just eating” concept. The campaign runs from November 12 to November 18, 2025.
