Netmarble is set to make a splash at Tokyo Game Show 2025 with two highly anticipated RPGs — The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin and MONGIL: STAR DIVE. Fans will get their first hands-on experience with both titles at the Makuhari Messe show floor, complete with expanded demo zones and partner collaborations with Google, Samsung, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and Third Wave.
Netmarble Showcases Two Big RPGs at TGS2025
For the first time, Netmarble is hosting a booth at TGS, featuring 52 demo stations dedicated to its upcoming games. The company aims to deliver a truly global showcase by working with major tech partners to ensure smooth play experiences across multiple platforms and devices.
What to Expect from The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin Demo
This open-world action RPG is the long-awaited follow-up to The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross. Players take on the role of Tristan, the son of Meliodas and Elizabeth, to explore the land of Britannia, collect characters from both The Seven Deadly Sins and The Four Knights of the Apocalypse, and create custom combat styles. At TGS2025, visitors can experience exploration, battles, and story sequences across PC, mobile, and PlayStation®5 platforms.
MONGIL: STAR DIVE’s Monster-Taming & Tag-Play Revealed
As the spiritual successor to Netmarble’s beloved Touch Monster, MONGIL: STAR DIVE introduces a party-based action RPG with a unique “tag play” battle system. Players control a team of three characters, tame monsters, and craft battle items on the fly. Built on Unreal Engine 5, the game delivers dynamic, fast-paced combat and gorgeous visuals that players can finally try out at the show.
Platforms, First Demos & Japanese Debut
Both titles are making their Japanese demo debut at TGS2025. The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is slated for a simultaneous global release on PlayStation®5, Steam®, and mobile, supporting 12 languages at launch. MONGIL: STAR DIVE will also release across multiple platforms, with details to be announced soon.
Graphics and Tech Highlights: UE5 & 3-D Screens
At the Netmarble booth, players can try MONGIL: STAR DIVE on Samsung’s groundbreaking Odyssey 3D monitor, which delivers glasses-free 3D gameplay thanks to eye-tracking and view-mapping technology. High-spec GALLERIA gaming PCs will also power both games, ensuring smooth frame rates and an immersive experience.
Partner Exhibits: Google, Sony, Samsung & More
Visitors can also head to the Google Play booth to try both games via Google Play Games on PC or the Sony Interactive Entertainment booth to play the PlayStation®5 version of The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin. Netmarble emphasizes that these collaborations are designed to maximize accessibility and give fans a choice of where and how to play.
