Seibuen Amusement Park in Tokorozawa, Saitama is throwing a dual-world Halloween bash, blending the “this world” of Dekin no Mogura(出禁のモグラ) with the “afterlife” of Hozuki’s Coolheadedness(鬼灯の冷徹). Running from September 12 to October 31, 2025, the park’s first post-renewal Halloween event packs a talk show, puzzle hunts, limited food and goods, festival games, and ride audio you can’t hear anywhere else.

The standard all-you-can-ride ticket — “1-Day Leisure Pass” — is ¥6,600 (adult) / ¥5,300 (child, ages 3–junior high). A limited perks & rally bundle is also available: “Dekin no Mogura Perks & Rally” and “Hozuki’s Coolheadedness Perks & Rally,” each including ticket-style cards (2 designs per title, random) and a puzzle kit. Limited-Time Food, Drinks and Collectible Goods
Grab themed bites only at Seibuen. Highlights include a straw-tagged collab drink lineup at Milk Hall and dishes modeled after scenes from both series. Order collab food to receive a bonus coaster (random; quantity varies with spend). Exclusive goods—like acrylic stands, badges, and keychains—feature new illustrations. Festival Games, Ride Audio and Family-Friendly Tips
Festival games: “Dekin no Mogura Pistol Darts” and “Hozuki’s Coolheadedness Mini-Game Oni Subjugation” at Yūhi no Ennichi-dōri (each ¥600).
Attractions: Special onboard audio from Dekin no Mogura — including fresh recordings from key characters — plays on the Fujimi Observation Tower and the Rotating Aerial Swing (♪ syudou “Kamidekami”). Operations may pause due to weather or maintenance.
