Fukuoka is about to get a full-on Evangelion celebration. The 30th anniversary exhibition “ALL OF EVANGELION” runs from Jan 24 to Mar 15, 2026 at the Fukuoka City Science Museum. If you’re deciding when to go, here’s the biggest perk: on weekdays, visitors can receive a Fukuoka-only bonus card, with limited quantities each day.
A weekday-only bonus card is waiting in Fukuoka
The Fukuoka venue is offering a special “Fukuoka Venue Original Card” on weekdays during the exhibition period. There are three designs, including newly drawn character art featuring Shinji, Rei, Asuka, Kaworu, and Mari, plus a Fukuoka-only poster-style design. You won’t be able to choose the artwork, so the reveal happens when you receive it.
Rules for getting the bonus card without stress
The giveaway applies to weekdays only, running throughout the exhibition dates. The cards are limited each day and will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid ticket is required, and preschool-aged visitors are not eligible. Each attendee receives one card, and the images shown online are examples.

Dates, hours, venue, and weekly closing day
“ALL OF EVANGELION” in Fukuoka runs from Jan 24 to Mar 15, 2026. Opening hours are 9:30 to 18:00, with last entry at 17:30. The venue is closed on Tuesdays, and if Tuesday is a holiday, it opens that day and closes on the next weekday instead. The exhibition is held at the Fukuoka City Science Museum (3F Special Exhibition Room) in Ropponmatsu.
Tickets, prices, and the opening-weekend time slots
According to the museum’s event page, ticket sales are split into two types to reduce congestion: timed-entry tickets for Jan 24–25, and “valid during the run” tickets for Jan 26–Mar 15. The same page lists pricing and advance-sale windows, so it’s the best place to confirm the latest ticket details before you go.
You can check the official venue information here: Fukuoka outline on the official site. For ticket pricing and the timed-entry breakdown, see: Fukuoka City Science Museum event page.
Production materials on display, from cels to digital assets
Organizers say the exhibition showcases colorful animation cels from the original TV series, plus original drawings and setting materials tied to the core of the production. It also includes digital production materials used in the Rebuild films, presented as part of the exhibition’s highlights. If you love “how it was made” details, this is the kind of exhibit that rewards slow, careful viewing.
Goods shopping rules and crowd-control notes
Merchandise is a major part of the Fukuoka stop, but the flow is strict. Entry to the goods area is only allowed after you enter and view the exhibition, and the route is one-way. Goods-only entry is not permitted, and re-entry to the goods area is not allowed. If the area gets crowded, staff may ask visitors to wait, distribute numbered tickets, or switch to timed shopping.
Plan your visit and track updates in one place
If the bonus card is your goal, aim for a weekday and arrive early. If you’re going on opening weekend, confirm your timed-entry slot in advance. For the most practical “Fukuoka venue hub” (including bonus card notes and goods rules), bookmark: Fukuoka venue page.
